Construction Equipment Rental Coordinator

FIMATEC is an authorized dealer of Atlas Copco, where customers can come for the purchase, rental, and service of mobile compressors, generators, light towers, construction batteries, etc.

What does your day look like?

You are the point of contact for our customers. You assist them over the phone, by email, and in person.

As a rental coordinator, you manage the entire flow. This ranges from preparing the machines, carrying out the associated administration, informing the customer about the operation, to checking the machines after they are returned.

With your customer-oriented approach, you advise them to the fullest extent in the context of their needs and provide them with the right equipment.

What is your profile?

In addition to your collegial personality, administrative accuracy, and positive drive, you can also

  1. You have technical knowledge/training or experience in the world of machine rental
  2. You are a natural communicator
  3. You also like to roll up your sleeves and can drive a forklift or are open to learning how to do so.
  4. You can flexibly handle changing priorities and are helpful towards your colleagues
  5. So, we are looking primarily for a doer, someone who is eager for a varied job in a West Flemish SME.
